We have developed full and bespoke training for all staff. This includes a comprehensive induction, technical skills training for support staff, regular one-to-one training on specific needs for fee-earning staff, along with regular training hosted by the directors on recruitment-related skills, covering such topics as negotiation, presentations, NLP and consultative selling.
Talent acquisition and talent management are important to our company, and as part of this we run an internal survey each year to all staff to measure job-satisfaction and seek ideas, and this is used to shape our business going forward.
