Paul Bibby - Chairman and Chief Executive
Paul remains as passionate today about setting new standards of service and delivery in the industry as he was when he founded the firm in 1999.
Primarily Paul focuses on leading the strategic direction of the group in both traditional and emerging markets adopting a clear client-focused approach to business. In addition to this he is committed to establishing sustainable long-term relationships with the business’ key stakeholders; its clients, candidates and suppliers.
Paul has developed the business from a single- to a multi-disciplined practice group, by successfully attracting market specialists to spearhead new ventures, and continues to work closely with all aspects of the business.
In addition to his board responsibilities, Paul also maintains executive responsibility for one of the group’s most scaleable growth markets - the accountancy & finance practice.
Peter Hall - Managing Director (Elements Executive Search)
Peter is one of the original founding Directors of Elements, joining the business in 1999. He is currently responsible for the ongoing development of our Executive Search business, having already played a leading part in the establishment of Elements Search & Selection.
As well as operating successfully within the senior financial services market, he also has extensive experience, built prior to Elements, having worked within the market itself for over 15 years in a number of blue-chip companies.
As well as overall responsibility for the development of Executive Search, he also personally manages the asset management team and plays an active, strategic role within the Elements Group as a main-board Director.
Richard Scriven – Managing Director (Elements Search & Selection)
As one of the founding members of Elements, Richard joined the group in January 2000. As a main Board Director he also heads up the group’s most established business – Elements Search & Selection and was the driving force behind the expansion of the business as a national supplier.
Having worked within the financial services sector for 8 years prior to joining the group, Richard’s operational responsibility transcends senior sales, marketing and compliance appointments throughout the life, pensions and mortgage industries.
John Skillern - Associate Director (Elements Search and Selection)
John is Elements' longest serving non-main-board member, having joined the company in July 2001 from a niche Financial Services recruitment business.
Throughout his career John has been a prominent fee earner, playing an integral part in the establishment of Elements Group as a major player within the Intermediary marketplace, the regulated IFA arena and more recently the Consulting and Employee Benefit market places
Across these markets, John is extremely well networked in Central London and the South East, and maintains a number of high profile client relationships. John also key account manages one of Elements’ longest serving clients.
John is an Associate Director of the business, based in the Head Office in Central London, and alongside his day-to-day activities sits on the Operational Board, where he is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Life and Pensions business.
Rob Ingle – Associate Director (Elements Search & Selection)
Rob joined Elements in March 2002 in London with the long-term aim of relocating to Leeds and opening the company’s northern hub – the Leeds office. Since this time he has built a multi-disciplined team of consultants which cover the areas of sales, compliance, technical and management across various sectors of regulated financial services.
In addition to the managing the northern team, he also offers strategic input into the operational board and is one of the company’s most consistent business writers.
Prior to joining Elements, Rob studied Environmental Science at university before beginning his career in 1999 within recruitment. Since then he has specialised purely within regulated.
Ian Milner – Associate Director (Elements Search & Selection)
Ian joined the business in 2002 within our London office before he relocated to Leeds in 2004. As an Associate Director of Elements Search & Selection, Ian sits on our operational board and plays a key role in formulating and driving forward the strategy of the division. Ian also plays a key role within business development and is the National Account Manager for two of our major clients.
In addition to his operational board activities, Ian is responsible for the delivery of the largest individual target within the division and has had unrivalled success over the last five years.
Adam Edwards – Associate Director (Elements Financial Recruitment)
Adam joined the business in 2007 to head of our accountancy & finance division, one of the group's largest operations.
Prior to joining the business Adam has built successful recruitment businesses / brands in various locations across the UK, and brings significant experience / knowledge to our operational board.
Initial responsibility will be to manage our established accountancy & finance practice teams which incorporate both an interim and permanent proposition that specialises within media, retail, financial services and law. In addition to this Adam will also be responsible for developing several new sectors including property & construction.
