We define candidates as either ‘active’, ‘passive’ or ‘inactive’. The ‘active’ job-seeker is actively looking for a job, and we can reach them through traditional methods, as well as our high number of referrals.
The 'passive' and ‘inactive’ job-seekers are the candidates who aren’t actively looking to move, but will for the right position. These are the candidates that the majority of employers want, but don’t know how to find - and we find them.
In most sectors the majority of the candidates we proactively represent are exclusive to us. Employers have no other way of reaching them except through us.
