If required (and included in our fees) we will fully reference all candidates we put forward. On top of the standard reference you may receive from HR, we will also talk to a candidate’s line manager for more in-depth feedback for you.
With temporary / interim staff, we fully reference as a matter of course. With our permanent candidates we offer the service to fully reference them if required.
When we place candidates, they are likely to stay – our attrition rates are significantly lower than the industry’s average. Our whole approach to recruitment and business practice has been developed to benefit both our candidates and our clients, and an important part of this process is the time we take to get to know both.
