We have been operating in executive search since the Elements Group was established in 1999, and having identified emerging markets as an un-tapped area within executive search launched a dedicated practice area in 2004.

In addition to the UK & Europe where we already have developed relationships with major asset and wealth management groups, we widened our remit to build a prominent practice across emerging markets and as a result now work with both top-tier investment banks as well as boutique and local institutions globally.

Our consultants are of the highest calibre and we have developed a substantial network and product expertise, aligned with qualified mapping of professionals across Asset Management, Life and Pensions, Corporate and Investment Banking (including Electronic Markets), and more recently Commodity Trading Houses & Energy Majors.
