In some sectors the majority of our candidates come from referrals. Referrals are an important part of our business, and we like to reward you if you put forward a successful candidate to us.

If you refer a candidate to us via the web that we subsequently place we will give you up to £250 tax free in Whitbread Leisure Vouchers.

• £250 for a permanent placement
• £100 for a contract placement
• £25 for a temporary placement

In each case please quote ‘Referral Scheme LV’. We simply require the Candidate’s Name, Contact Number, E-mail and Ideal Role. It couldn’t be easier.

Terms & Conditions

• A referral must be made either via our website.
• The individual must be either un-known to Elements at the time of the referral, or not have been contacted by Elements within the last twelve months.
• Payments will only be made on initial placement of each candidate – Further placements and extensions to contracts or temporary assignments not included.
• There is no limit to the number of candidate referrals each individual can make, therefore your earning potential is unlimited.
• In the event of any dispute and following investigation, the decision made by a director of Elements will be final.
• In the case of a permanent candidate being placed, £100 will be paid at the commencement of the placement and a further £150 after completion of probation.
• In the case of a candidate being placed on a Fixed Term Contract this must be for a period of at least 3 months to qualify for £100, otherwise only £25 will be payable.
• Please note, in the event that your referral candidate is placed in a role with Elements, a member of our staff will contact you with the details of your vouchers.
